Heather Clancy
Heather has been working in the accounting industry for over 20 years. She earned her BA in Business/Accounting from Western Washington University in 1997 and has since worked with hundreds of small businesses and individuals in both public and private accounting. She began working for Jan Bowman & Associates in Bellingham in 2000. A year later, she opened a branch serving King and Snohomish County and incorporated it as Clancy-Bowman & Associates in 2005. She specializes in accounting for business start-ups, as well as the professional service, property management and investment, and retail industries.

Chelsie Bartlette
Chelsie has been with our team for over 15 years. She started working in our Bellingham office in 2004 while attending Western Washington University and holds a BA in Accounting. Chelsie has provided accounting services to an array of clients including food services, general contractors, electricians, retail stores, therapists, law practices, and other professional offices. She is well known for her reliability and dedication to all tasks.

Tyler began working for the firm in early 2019. He comes from a Mathematics background attained from Whitman College.
